We aren’t just looking to the future; we are investing in it right now. We believe that every child and student is a vital part of the church today. Our children and youth ministries are designed to partner with parents to lead kids and teenagers into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
From the first steps in the nursery to the final steps across the high school graduation stage, we provide safe, fun, and age-appropriate environments where young people can find a sense of belonging, ask big questions, and discover a faith that lasts a lifetime.
Awana Clubs (Kindergarten – 5th Grade)
Our Awana program takes discipleship to the next level. On Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM (during the school year), kids dive into scripture memorization, exciting games, and small-group time. It’s more than just a mid-week club; it’s a place where kids develop a deep-rooted love for God’s Word while building friendships that feel like family. We don’t just want kids to know about God; we want them to know Him personally and carry His truth with them into their schools and homes. It’s an environment where kids aren’t just learning stories, they are building a spiritual foundation that lasts a lifetime.
Jr. High Youth (Grades 6-8)
A Place to Build Faith and Have Fun
The middle school years are a crucial time for developing a strong foundation of faith. That’s why our Wednesday nights are created just for Jr. High students. We bring together high-energy fun and real, honest conversations about the Gospel—meeting students right where they are.

SouthPointe Baptist is a place where Jr. High students can explore, grow, and discover what it truly means to walk with Jesus. We are committed to getting to know every student who walks through our doors and helping guide them on their faith journey. At SouthPointe, our hope is that these students grow and develop their confidence with scripture and become disciples that can share the good news of Jesus to others in our community through our program.
High School Youth (Grades 9–12)
We believe that following Jesus should be the most exciting journey a student ever takes. Every Wednesday night at 7:00 PM, we gather for a night of great food, games, and honest conversations about the Bible. Our goal is simple: to meet students exactly where they are and walk alongside them as they discover a life-changing love for the Gospel. Whether you’re a lifelong believer or just asking questions, there’s a place for you here to keep it real and grow deep.
